Remove the engine cover.

Drain the engine coolant.
(Refer to Cooling System - "Coolant")

3. |
Remove the air cleaner assembly.
(Refer to Intake And Exhaust System - “Air Cleaner”)

4. |
Disconnect the radiator upper hose.
(Refer to Cooling System - “Radiator”)
|
5. |
Disconnect the heater hose.
(Refer to Engine And Transmission Assembly - "Engine And Transmission
Assembly")
|
6. |
Disconnect the bypass hose (A) and the throttle body coolant hose
(B) (if equipped).
|
7. |
Remove the water temperature control assembly (A) with the O-ring
(B).
|
8. |
Install in the reverse order of removal.
|
9. |
Fill the engine coolant.
(Refer to Cooling System - "Coolant")
|
10. |
Start engine and check for leaks.
