Kia Forte: Front Seat Shield Inner Cover Replacement

Second generation YD (2014-2018) / Kia Forte TD 2014-2018 Service Manual / Body (Interior and Exterior) / Front Seat / Front Seat Shield Inner Cover Replacement

â€¢	Put on gloves to protect your hands.

â€¢	When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.

â€¢	Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces to protect from marring the surface.

â€¢	Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.

1.	Remove the front seat assembly. (Refer to Front Seat - "Front Seat Assembly")

2.	After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the front seat shield inner cover (A).

3.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

â€¢	Replace any damaged clips.
