Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative
(-) cable.

Disconnect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector (A).
|
| 3. |
Remove the sensor (B).
|
| 4. |
Supplement the engine coolant (Refer to “Cooling System” in EM
group).

Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor (ECTS) Inspection
1.
Turn the ignition switch OFF.
2.
Disconnect the ECTS connector.
3.
Remove the ECTS.
