Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery
cable.

Disconnect the vacuum pump connector (A).
|
3. |
Remove the air duct and air cleaner assembly.
(Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "Air Cleaner")

4. |
Disconnect the vacuum hose clip (A) and wiring harness clip (B)
from the vacuum pump bracket.

5. |
Remove the under covers (A).
|
6. |
Remove the intercooler inlet hose (A).
|
7. |
Disconnect the vacuum hose (A).
|
8. |
Loosen the vacuum pump bracket bolts (A) and then remove vacuum
pump and bracket.
|
9. |
Remove the bolts and then remove the vacuum pump (A) and lead
wire assembly (B) from the bracket (C).
